What you achieve ##

• Integral processing of property damage, particularly professional liability cases of liberal professions (e.g., lawyers, notaries, trustees) as well as state liability cases (municipalities and cantons), and depending on the profile, also personal injury from all industries
• Independent negotiation with policyholders, claimants, lawyers, authorities, and insurers
• Participation in projects and conducting internal training
• Technical support for employees of the claims departments, underwriting, and other internal departments
• Area of activity: German-speaking Switzerland (place of work by arrangement)

What you bring ##

• Completed legal education, preferably with a lawyer's patent, or other qualified training (e.g., legal agent); further training in the liability/insurance field is an advantage (e.g., CAS Liability and Insurance Law)
• Experience in the field of liability, social insurance, administrative, and/or commercial law
• Enjoyment of processing claims cases in personal contact as well as legal contexts
• Confident expression in the German language, English skills desired, further foreign language skills (esp. F, I) are an advantage
• Solution-oriented, responsible, and independent way of working
• Good negotiation skills and strong decisiveness
• High service mentality and customer orientation
• Strong team player mentality
• Openness to using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
