Senior Foundation Accountant, 80-100%# What to expect from you### • You will work in the foundation accounting team of VZ Depotbank, which is responsible for seven pension funds. • You will prepare annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and contribute to the preparation of the annual reports. • You will take over the system-based processing of data from the systems of the depot bank and foundation administration as well as their booking in Abacus. • You will clarify special cases with the responsible departments and book them independently by hand. • You will support the preparation for audits and accompany them, commit to the further development of the organization, and take responsibility for smaller projects. What you bring### • You have a completed commercial or comparable education, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting, as well as a great interest in social insurance and occupational pension provision. • You have several years of experience in accounting for pension funds and knowledge of Abacus. • You are characterized by strong communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, pleasure in exchanging with different stakeholder groups, and experience in cross-departmental collaboration. • You have very good MS-Office skills, particularly in Excel, and work in a structured manner. • You convince through reliability and a precise, accurate way of working.
