To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Dimensional Quality Controller.

At the heart of a universe where detail is essential, you will guarantee the compliance and perfection of our high-end components, combining technical precision, aesthetic sense, and a constant search for excellence.

Your missions:

• Perform dimensional and visual controls of high-precision watchmaking components using appropriate measuring means
• Perform gauge controls and guarantee the compliance of parts according to quality requirements
• Use metrology equipment, notably the Keyence measuring system
• Prepare component kits intended for watchmakers by ensuring their compliance and traceability
• Identify non-conformities, report them, and participate in their analysis
• Ensure the recording of control results in accordance with current procedures
• Participate in the continuous improvement of control methods and processes
• Contribute to the daily tasks of the department to guarantee its smooth functioning

Your profile:

• Technical CFC (watchmaking, micromécanique, polymécanique), CFC in quality management, or a title deemed equivalent
• Continuing education in quality control strongly desired and/or experience desired of at least 3 years in dimensional quality control, ideally in the watchmaking sector
• Mastery of conventional measuring instruments and dimensional control techniques

Good knowledge of measuring systems (Keyence, an asset)

• Very good dexterity for handling components
• Keen sense of detail, rigor, and precision
• Analytical mind and ability to quickly detect non-compliance gaps
• Autonomous, organized personality, endowed with good sense and an excellent team spirit
