Our emergency housing estate Brothuuse with its three external living groups (AWG) is aimed at people aged 24 and over who are looking for a way out of their housing and homelessness or are on the verge of homelessness. Here, those affected find shelter and professional support on their path of reorientation and the strengthening of their residential and social competencies.

We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a:

Employee Social Work/Social Pedagogy HF/FH 60 - 80 % ##

A task that challenges:

• Case management as a reference person in an individual setting
• Responsibility for a functioning house community
• Accompanying/advising the residents in the areas of living, health, and social matters
• Supporting the residents in administrative matters
• Supporting the residents in contact with third parties
• Qualified documentation of case work
• Cooperation with the various internal services
• On-call service (telephone availability)

• High self- and social competencies
• Empathic and skillful handling of people in difficult life situations
