We are looking to acquire the skills and enthusiasm of a community health and care or socio- care professional for our health-social support management. Qualified ASSC or ASE (M/F) between 60% and 80% Mission: * care for and assist eight residents with intellectual disabilities, requiring care related in particular to age, in all acts of daily life, under the responsibility of the nurse or the ES/HES educator * provide care within the framework of the residents' projects and institutional directives, organize and accompany daily life activities, perform medico-technical acts as well as administrative and logistics tasks * participate in the organization and management of a living space * collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and with families. Profile: * CFC as ASSC or CFC as ASE or a title deemed equivalent * interest in the person with intellectual disabilities * great sense of responsibility, autonomy within the framework of delegated activities * interest in integration within an interprofessional team * holder of a driver's license indispensable * good knowledge of usual IT tools.
