Your tasks

• Processing operational processes, converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders
• Obtaining order confirmations, managing material, as well as scheduling and processing orders
• Maintaining, expanding, and evaluating suppliers as well as monitoring delivery dates
• Monitoring and processing framework agreements
• Ensuring material availability, production capacity, costs, delivery periods, and deadlines
• Continuous and timely maintenance of SAP data

Your profile

• Technical basic training as well as professional experience in material requirements planning or in operational purchasing
• Further training as a Purchasing Specialist with federal diploma (eidg. FA) or Technical Clerk with federal diploma (eidg. FA) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP MM or MS Dynamics
• High IT affinity and interest in digital procurement processes
• Cost- and quality-conscious as well as team-oriented personality
• Solution-oriented and structured way of working, networked thinking as well as good negotiation skills
• German: Stylistically proficient (C2); English: Good knowledge (B2)
