Axanova AG is a successful Swiss company in Uetliburg, at the upper Lake Zurich, which carries an innovative range of health products and dietary supplements and distributes them in Switzerland. As part of a replacement, we are looking for a younger and solution-oriented personality with a passion for health products, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

Overall responsibility for Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs; Responsible person for food and consumer goods according to LGV; Maintenance and further development of the QM system; Ensuring product conformity and regulatory requirements for dietary supplements, cosmetics, and medical devices; Support with complaints, deviations (CAPA), and quality-relevant issues; Initiating and conducting quality controls; Optimization of procedures and processes for quality assurance; Creation and maintenance of product-specific documentation (PID/TD) and management reports; Communication with competent authorities as well as close cooperation with product management, purchasing, and management; Development of pragmatic and economically sensible solutions; Co-responsibility for technically demanding product management activities

Your profile:

Drogist/in (HF) or studies in the field of pharmacy or natural sciences; QA-/RA experience in a pharmacy/drugstore or in the healthcare industry; Ideally knowledge in food, medical device, and cosmetic law; Structured, analytical, and responsible way of working; Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of the big picture; Willingness for constructive solution-finding; Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel with macros); Self-motivated, communicative, and a team player; German native language, good English skills in speaking and writing
