To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Plant Operator / Paper Technologist in a 4-shift system 100% (m/w/d) Tasks Machine operation: You operate and monitor our paper production machines according to production specifications and ensure stable and efficient operation of the plant. You keep an eye on the entire production process. Coordination in shift operation: The shift report is also part of your tasks, as is reacting to disruptions or deviations in the production process. Additionally, you make process-relevant settings on the machines. Collaboration in the production process: You actively participate in setup processes and in work preparation and support the team in continuously improving production processes. Quality assurance: You independently carry out quality controls during production and initiate necessary corrections if needed. Profile Technical training or industrial experience: Ideally, you have completed mechanical or technical training (e.g., plant operator, mechanic, locksmith, sanitary or similar). Alternatively, you have several years of experience in handling industrial plants. Paper technologist? Not a must. Training as a paper technologist is a plus, but not a requirement. Much more important are motivation and technical interest - we'll teach you the rest. Technical understanding and team spirit: Manual skills, technical interest, and a reliable and independent way of working characterize you. We work in a rolling 7-day shift model, where seven days are worked in a row in the same shift - also on weekends and holidays.
