Your missions?

• Planning phase: Contribute to the development of the project portfolio, taking into account the constraints and dependencies of the various resources that must be engaged regarding costs, deadlines, and skills to achieve the expected quality.
• Activity and allocated resources monitoring phase: Verify project/program progress according to defined requirements (quality, cost, deadline), compliance with commitments, and implementation of methodology and best practices. In parallel, perform risk analysis.
• Project/program plan steering phase: Evaluate the current and forecasted capacity of resources and tasks, proposing optimization and possible reallocation. Propose adjustments and replanning if necessary.
• Budget monitoring/reporting phase: Monitor allocated means against forecasts (consumed, remaining to do, schedule). Produce the reports necessary for steering the relevant departments and for the development of dashboards.

Your profile?

• Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
• Expertise in project management certified Hermes, IPMA, PMI or equivalent
• 5 years of experience as a PMO, 8 years project manager
• Experience in an Agile context
• Mastery of project and portfolio management tools, ideally Planisware
• Mastery of the project process and associated deliverables
• You speak French fluently
• You have good analytical and synthesis skills and possess an open mind and flexibility
