The following tasks await you: ###

• Leadership and development of the approximately 10-person hotel services team including employee development and planning
• Ensuring high patient, guest, and employee satisfaction
• Administrative work such as ordering, controlling, and personnel planning while adhering to the budget
• Responsible for the provision of all services in the field of hotel services, including the management and maintenance of rooms and furniture in compliance with current safety and hygiene regulations
• General coordination of the interface to the hotel services of the Spital Zofingen
• Support with arrivals and departures if required
• Participation in the daily business (approx. 50 %) of the specialist department
• Participation in construction and infrastructure projects as well as other specialist-specific projects and committees according to allocation

You will convince us with this profile: ###

• Completed training as Hotelfachfrau/-mann EFZ or Fachfrau/-mann Hauswirtschaft EFZ
• Further education at the Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training level or higher vocational training and proven leadership experience in the specialist field
• Fluent (Swiss) German skills, oral and written
• Very independent and reliable way of working with a service-oriented host mentality
• Friendly, competent appearance as well as enjoyment of contact with people
• Proficient basic computer skills (MS Office, industry-specific applications)
• Willingness for irregular working days (Mon - Sun) and partially shortened shifts (e.g., evening shift) or shifts with split shifts
