• Organize, coordinate and control the operation of their section
• Ensure the mise en place of their station for the different services
• Manage the storage, cleaning and hygiene of their station
• Control fridges and goods
• Participate and ensure the smooth running of the service
• A CFC or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in the catering field
• Experience in gastronomy desired
• A team spirit, willing, affable, dynamic and great flexibility
• Autonomous, very good sense of organization
• A taste for detail, for work well done
• A strong sensitivity to evolve within a healthcare establishment
