Your profile – Scientific expertise with practical proximity

• Completed Master's degree in nursing (Master of Science in Pflege – Advanced Practice Nurse APN)
• Experience in clinical practice, evidence-based nursing, or nursing science research is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills for the development of new nursing models
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• High level of personal responsibility, capacity for innovation, and leadership competence
