Siloah Langzeit offers comprehensive care to elderly people in need of care, people with disabilities, and people with special needs at the locations Gümligen, Kühlewil, and Köniz. The offering includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups. ### Your area of responsibility

• Co-responsibility for the leadership and promotion of a team of approx. 20 employees
• Co-responsibility for the further development of the residential area
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of fachspezifische (profession-specific) guidelines as well as compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements in the residential area
• Co-responsibility for ensuring individual and needs-oriented care and support of the residents
• Taking over daily responsibility as well as active participation in the care and accompanying of doctor visits
• Deputy for the residential group leader in their absence

Your profile

• You possess training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson (HF, DN II, AKP, PsyKP or FA Langzeitpflege) or FaGe with readiness for further training FA Langzeitpflege
• Several years of professional experience in nursing
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• You are an open, structured, and resilient personality who approaches conflicts in a solution-oriented manner
• You have team spirit and enjoy working interdisciplinarily
• Networked thinking and acting as well as initiative round off your profile

The Siloah-Verbund as an employer
