Head of Technology and Maintenance (100 %)

As Head of Technology, you report directly to the management and bear responsibility for our entire technical area. Together with your team, you ensure smooth operations and further develop our plants and technical infrastructure in a future-oriented manner.

Your tasks

• Overall technical and organizational responsibility for the areas of workshop, electrical installations, energy, and technical project management with a total of 20 employees
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of all maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on plants and buildings
• Preparation of decision-making bases for construction and investment projects
• Management, coordination, and implementation of technical projects from planning to commissioning
• Main responsibility for technical purchasing
• Ensuring a reliable and economical energy supply as well as continuous improvement of existing plants and processes

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training, e.g., as a designer, polymechanic, automation technician, production mechanic, or comparable training
• Further training at HF/FH level, e.g., as a Techniker HF Maschinenbau, Maschinenbauingenieur, or Verfahren Ingenieur FH
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in the food industry
• Broad technical understanding as well as experience in maintenance, plant, and project management
• Entrepreneurial and cross-divisional thinking
• Winning leadership personality with high social competence
• Sense of responsibility and strong decision-making and implementation skills
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working
