Your tasks
Execution of heating and cooling systems for office, commercial and industrial buildings as well as single-family and multi-family houses
Elaborating renovation proposals for existing systems
Supervising the projects from the offer to commissioning
Qualitative and financial controlling of ongoing projects
Creating calculations and offers
Participation in order, construction and coordination meetings

Your profile
Completed training as a building services planner or chief fitter
Professional experience as a project manager
Good user knowledge of MS Office, knowledge with CAD and ERP systems desirable
Service- and customer-oriented personality with negotiation skills
High personal responsibility with an independent way of working
