Job Description ## Group Reporting & Consolidation • Responsibility for the timely preparation of the monthly Group Reporting • Consolidation of financial figures from various international companies • Ensuring high quality, transparency, and traceability of all financial information • Preparation of decision-relevant analyses and reports for management and the Board of Directors Planning & Corporate Management • Support and coordination of the budget, forecast, and strategy planning processes • Analysis of financial developments, trends, and deviations • Provision of sound decision-making bases for management • Identification of opportunities and risks within the corporate group Governance, Compliance & Accounting • Participation in the preparation of the consolidated annual financial statements • Contact person for external auditing and examination companies • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards as well as internal guidelines • Further development of control mechanisms and governance structures Finance Transformation & Digitalization • Participation in or leadership of strategic finance projects • Introduction and optimization of modern reporting and controlling processes • Support of ERP, automation, and digitalization initiatives • Standardization of financial processes across various companies and countries Business Partnering & Finance Leadership • Sparring partner for management and international finance teams • Close cooperation with the finance management on strategic issues • Support with group-wide finance, treasury, and compliance topics • Opportunity to gradually take on additional responsibility within the finance organization The Successful Applicant ## • Completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study • Several years of professional experience in the area of Group Controlling, Financial Controlling, Audit, or Corporate Finance • Sound knowledge in group reporting and the consolidation of international companies • Very good understanding of accounting standards as well as finance and control processes • Experience in internationally positioned corporate structures is an advantage • High affinity for numbers as well as strong analytical skills • Confident handling of ERP systems and modern reporting tools • Very good Excel skills • Experience with Business Intelligence solutions is an advantage • Business fluent English in spoken and written form What's on Offer ## You combine professional excellence with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
