Customer Advisor: Loan Syndications Senior

In the demanding role as Customer Advisor Loan Syndications, you will develop tailor-made corporate and acquisition financings for Swiss corporate clients in the large company segment together with your colleagues from structuring and Key Account Management. Responsibility for the entire syndication process lies with you; this also includes the preparation of the Syndications Opinion for the respective credit instances. You primarily support Swiss and increasingly international banking partners and are co-responsible for the maintenance and expansion of these relationships. As part of individual transactions, you accompany the entire process - from advisory to the final contract design. In your role as Agent, you take responsibility for complex financings and manage them personally and professionally throughout the entire term. In doing so, you always keep an eye on the operational risks and ensure that the interests of all involved partners are safeguarded. Your Tasks • Accompanying and co-shaping syndicated loan financings (acquisition, project, working capital facilities, complex real estate transactions, etc.) for listed or privately held, multinational companies (focus on Top 500 companies in Switzerland) while considering marketability in the syndicated loan market • Co-structuring of smaller syndicated loans (Club Deals) • Management of the entire syndication process • Demanding negotiations with customers, other consortium partners, advisors, and lawyers • Preparation of Syndications Opinions • Contractual implementation of the agreed financing structures, in particular the syndicated loan agreement with participating consortium partners • Responsible management of completed financings as Agent • Active network maintenance with consortium partners Your Profile • Completed business administration education (university, FH or similar) • In-depth, commercial financing know-how (cash-flow based lending) in the area of (large) corporate clients • Transaction experience in the area of syndicated loans (with domestic and foreign consortiums) and/or Loan Syndications/Agency is an advantage • Dynamic personality with quick comprehension and high curiosity to learn • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • High implementation strength, self-motivation, resilience, and commitment • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail in the Agent role • Good communication skills in written and oral form • Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage • Positive personality with team player qualities Our Offer • Your workplace is in the heart of Zürich and you can network excellently at the headquarters • You are part of an experienced, successful team of financing professionals • You get insight into the world of large corporate clients from various industries • You receive the opportunity to develop professionally as well as personally and to provide impulses • An attractive overall package with extensive fringe benefits and discounts Your Contact Michael Vonlanthen looks forward to helping you.
