Administrative Assistant 100% (M/F)

Your missions:

• Management of offers and orders
• Preparation of administrative and commercial documents (presentations, prices,...)
• Management of reporting
• Preparation and execution of invoicing
• Administrative management of subcontractors and suppliers of the department
• Coordination and support of the service activity
• Administrative or telephone management of relations with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Support to other departments if needed
• Other possible tasks related to the field of activity

A meeting is essential if you have-

• A CFC as a commercial employee.
• Successful experience in administrative work in a technical environment.
• Rigor and organizational skills.
• Ease with IT and facility in assimilating various software (A3, Baubit, -)
• A sense of customer service and teamwork.
• Knowledge of German and/or English is a plus.
