What you accomplish Observe processes in the field (Gemba) to understand how they actually work Identify performance losses and improvement opportunities as well as structure and manage high-impact projects Support production managers in problem-solving and develop their autonomy in performance management What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) Specialization: Bachelor or Master in industrial engineering, production management, food sciences,... completed by a certification in Lean Management (Green Belt) Professional experience: minimum 3 - 5 years Experience in a Lean, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement function within a complex industrial environment. You quickly analyze a complex industrial process and transform field observations into concrete actions You generate sustainable results in terms of safety, quality, costs, deadlines and productivity You influence effectively without hierarchical authority, you develop manager competencies You possess experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent) and ideally operational experience You question existing practices with benevolence and high standards You master Operational Excellence tools (A3, PDCA, 8D, DMAIC, VSM, SFM, Gemba, Kaizen, 5S) You have proven experience in industrial performance improvement (TRS/OEE, SMED, TPM, productivity and quality) French (B1) What we offer you Flexible workplace/teleworking: Possibility of home office with provision of IT equipment Equitable remuneration: Loyalty & Anniversary bonuses from CHF 1'500 to CHF 8'500.- and paid leave from 5 to 40 days.
