For our Gland-Vich concession, we are recruiting a:
Workshop Planner / After-Sales Service Advisor
Planned workload 100%, start immediately or by agreement
Your main tasks:
You plan the workshop appointments for optimal organization, manage telephone calls. You accompany the customer in their processes through your advice and propose our service offerings to them.
You organize and coordinate the transmission and drafting of After-Sales service information. You ensure that all necessary means are provided for the smooth running of the planned operations. You ensure customer satisfaction through an optimal quality of welcome.
Develop customer loyalty, maintain it and assume a decisive role in the advice and sale of services (for example service offerings, maintenance contracts) and products (parts and accessories) for automobiles.
Conclude contracts, guarantee the registration and billing processes from the reception to the handover of the vehicles.
Your profile:
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Training in the field of mechanics
Sense of responsibility
Interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to drive active sales
Sense of organization and flexibility
Proficiency in IT tools
Knowledge of English
Driver's license (cat.B)
Resident in the canton Vaud or Genève
