The HUG nurseries comprise two sites with gardens, one located on the Belle-Idée estate, in Chêne-Bourg and the other located near the Hôpital cantonal, as well as a daycare facility intended primarily for patients in consultation at the maternity ward. The HUG nurseries are corporate nurseries reserved for the children of employees. Early Childhood Educator - 80% As an early childhood educator, you carry out reception and activities for children aged 4 months to 5 years, applying the pedagogical approach defined in the institutional project of the HUG nurseries. You ensure an individualized service according to the needs and imperatives of the child. You participate in the development and implementation of the project inspired by the work of Emmi Pikler and guarantee the safety of the children by ensuring the permanent creation of an atmosphere favorable to their development and to do so, you work in a team in a collaborative manner in an approach centered on the needs of the child. Qualifications You hold a diploma of éducateur ou d'éducatrice de l’enfance ES issued by the ESEDE or an equivalent diploma recognized by the SASAJ allowing you to hold this position in a nursery in the canton of Genève. You have proven professional experience. Additional information Assignments are at our 3 sites, namely at the crèche des Magnolias (Belle-Idée), at the Kangourous (Cluse-Roseraie) as well as at the daycare facility depending on needs.
