Shape the future of Services logistiques with us in the fields of warehousing, sorting, transport and customs clearance. If you like analyzing challenges, developing innovative solutions and collaborating with different stakeholders, you are in the right place. We look forward to receiving your application, because with you, innovative logistical solutions will become a reality.  -  Make a difference  • In this role, you take stock of the current situation, you evaluate problems, opportunities and risks.  • You analyze and optimize business processes and organize training sessions and workshops as needed, whether in Berne or throughout Switzerland.  • You structure and document technical and procedural requirements in the appropriate tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira).--  • In collaboration with different stakeholders, you develop solution approaches, you elaborate business cases and you verify their completeness and accuracy with the corresponding detailed IT concepts and requirements.- • In addition, you support the specialized services and the Informatique/Technologie unit in the design and implementation of new systems and processes.  • Finally, you play the role of interface between Business and IT and you ensure that requirements are optimally transposed into technical solutions.  • If necessary, you support Portfolio Management in the implementation, management and development of an effective portfolio of projects and initiatives.-  -  What you bring  • You hold a degree from a university or a university of applied sciences (or an equivalent training) and you have a strong affinity for IT.-  • You have several years of experience in business analysis.  • Methods and tools in the field of requirements engineering, business process analysis and project management approaches such as Hermes and Scrum are part of your daily routine.  • Thanks to your deep understanding of operating processes and process automation, you are able to design efficient solutions. Ideally, you also have experience in the field of logistics.-  • You are able to quickly transform complex technical requirements into innovative and practice-oriented solutions, and you know how to respond in a targeted manner to customer needs.  • You demonstrate mental agility, a strong ability to assert yourself, a marked sense of responsibility and great autonomy. Finally, you never lose sight of the essentials, even in difficult situations.  • You have very good knowledge of a first national language, both spoken and written, and you have good knowledge (oral B2) in German as well as in English.  • Knowledge in portfolio management and in the preparation of decision bases is an asset.-  -  With you, we will set important milestones. We appreciate your determination to learn and to implement new things.
