• Good experience of minimum 5 years in a similar function
• Practice of French and English necessary
• Excellent presentation, serious, professional, motivated
• Able to adapt to an existing team
• Residing in Lausanne or its region
• Work permit

• Possessing a very advanced sense of customer service, from making a reservation to the welcome, to advice and until the customer's departure.
• Serious, kind, reliable, possessing good stress management.
• Helps with stock management and ordering drinks, interest in oenology.
