The legal department of SRG guides the company and its employees safely through the body of laws and regulations and ensures the legal integrity of the company.

This is your contribution ####

In the legal department, you will commit yourself to the following topics:

• You advise and support the Board of Directors, Director General, and Executive Board on corporate law and regulatory issues at the interface of media, politics, and law. Ideally, you bring knowledge of broadcasting law.
• You help shape the corporate governance of SRG and provide legal support for organizational, structural, and transformation projects.
• You support SRG's decision-makers in the application of internal regulations and further develop these regulations.
• You edit and review contracts, advise and support internal customers during contract negotiations, primarily in the area of procurement of infrastructure, hardware, and software.

• You bring experience in a company, in public administration, or in a law firm in the areas of corporate law and/or contract law, ideally with a Swiss bar admission.
• You possess very good digital skills and a high affinity for new technologies.
• You are an open-minded, proactive, and resilient personality with strong communication skills and customer orientation, and you know how to move confidently towards various stakeholder groups.
• You enjoy working pragmatically and solution-oriented, have analytical, editorial, and conceptual skills, and negotiate skillfully and purposefully.
• Your native language is German, you communicate confidently orally and in writing in French, and you have good English skills.
• You are characterized by team spirit and value a cooperative and interdisciplinary way of working, while having an interest in the different language regions of Switzerland.
