This is what you can achieve: * Carrying out the incoming goods inspection and decontamination of returned, defective medical technology components as well as their recording in the complaint system * Execution of repairs and necessary corrective measures in the workshop * Carrying out preventive maintenance work as well as electrical safety tests according to EN 62353 * Ensuring complete, correct, and timely documentation of all service activities * Carrying out stock controls and careful maintenance of the warehouse inventory * Close cooperation with back office, sales, and other internal specialist departments * Technical support for the marketing and sales teams * Support of the Swiss service team with larger installations and maintenance work. This is what you bring with you: * Completed technical vocational training in the field of electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or comparable * Strong customer and service orientation as well as a friendly and professional appearance * Very good communication skills and confident, tactful behavior in customer contact * Structured way of working as well as strong organizational and time management skills * Proactive, flexible, and adaptable personality * Good IT user knowledge, especially in common operating systems and MS Office * Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
