For our Vernier site, we are looking for: Socio-professional instructor in landscaping 80%-100% Mission: • Supervise beneficiaries in a training section • Accompany beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures • Develop and implement individualized socio-professional projects • Search for internship positions or the resumption of apprenticeship contracts • Develop and maintain partnerships with Geneva companies and institutions • Manage and develop productive and training professional activities • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Profile and skills: • CFC in landscaping or a title deemed equivalent is indispensable • MSP training would be an asset • Proven experience in vocational training and apprenticeship in Geneva • Good knowledge of landscaping companies and the Geneva economic fabric • Strong interest in accompanying young people in professional rehabilitation • Dynamic personality, entrepreneurial spirit • Autonomy, resistance to stress and flexibility • Adaptability and real aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team This position is addressed to confirmed and committed professionals having the desire to invest themselves in the social mission of the institution while continuing to be active in the field.
