Good recruiting requires more than convincing conversations: It requires organization, coordination and people who keep an overview. That is exactly where you come into play. You work closely with our Recruiting Experts and ensure that the administrative tasks surrounding the recruitment process run reliably. In doing so, you have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into recruitment and to continuously take on more responsibility.

Your tasks

• You support our Recruiting Experts with administrative tasks throughout the entire recruitment process and thereby create real added value.
• Your tasks include, for example, recording new positions, creating salary proposals and publishing the positions on the appropriate platforms.
• When creating job advertisements, you contribute your good expression and your creativity and ensure that our job advertisements are formulated in an appealing and target-group-oriented manner.
• In Active Sourcing, you specifically search for suitable candidates and support the Kanton Luzern in attracting new talents.
• You will also have the opportunity to develop further and to take on order clarifications yourself and accompany interviews.

Your profile

• You have a commercial education and have undergone corresponding further training in the field of HR.
• You have already been able to gain experience in HR, ideally in Recruiting; if not, then you will gain it with us.
• Even when several topics are running simultaneously, you maintain an overview as an independent and reliable organizational talent.
• You value close cooperation with Recruiting Experts and various managers and convince through your strong service orientation.
• We look forward to a pragmatic hands-on team player who enriches our motivated team and the Kanton Luzern.
