Watch Pre-assembly Operator 100% Genève (m/d/f)

Your mission

Within the production workshops, you will participate in the manufacture of watch components according to the most demanding quality standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Perform pre-assembly and assembly operations of watch components.
• Carry out screwing, riveting, and setting operations using precision tools.
• Control the aesthetic and functional compliance of the produced parts.
• Respect manufacturing procedures and current quality standards.
• Ensure the traceability of the operations performed.
• Contribute to the achievement of production and continuous improvement objectives.

Your profile

Ideally, you have:

• Initial experience in watchmaking, microtechnics, or precision industry.
• Or experience in a profession requiring excellent manual dexterity and high meticulousness.
