To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers high-level services to our clients in the management of benefits, we are looking for a Care Manager (h/f/x) at 80-100% for the Lémanic region, who will join the Care Management service within the Pensions and Personal Insurance Department (PAP). The various missions that await you: Carry out courtesy visits in the field of sickness benefit Negotiate to bring the parties to adopt a consensual solution in order to allow a rapid return to the labor market in cases where the absence is related to the job Contact the various stakeholders (employer, unemployment, AI, etc.) and coordinate actions to achieve a triple win result (employer - employee - insurer) Negotiate with lawyers, unions, and/or insurers What makes you unique: Legal training or federal certificate in insurance Confirmed professional experience in the field of personal insurance desired Ideally, experience in the field of labor law and/or mediation Perfect oral and written mastery of French (English and German an asset) Good mastery of usual computer tools (MS Office) If you are also open-minded, solution-oriented and customer-focused, organized, flexible, putting the human being at the center and recognized for your negotiation and communication skills, this position will offer you full fulfillment!
