Setter / injection press mechanic (m/f) 80\-100% For our site in Domdidier which has more than 450 collaborators, we are looking for a/an Setter / injection press mechanic 80\-100% Join our team as a Setter injection press mechanic and put your expertise at the service of a fleet of state-of-the-art machines, in an environment where technical rigor goes hand in hand with team spirit. What does the job consist of? Perform the assembly and disassembly of molds for production changes, maintenance and repairs Set up the presses and the peripherals Control of setting parameters, noticing discrepancies, implementation and execution of corrective measures Optimize processes by providing solutions improving yield and quality Perform the initial release of each production of articles according to quality control requirements Ensure the raw material supply of the injection presses Control and study the production data of an installation and take corrective measures What do we expect from you? CFC in the mechanical field, plastics technologist (TMP) or similar training Significant experience in the setting of injection presses and their peripherals Equipment such as robots or other automated systems are not unknown to you Good knowledge of the French language (German an asset) Enthusiasm for the field of plastic injection ERP, Microsoft365 computer skills (SAP is an asset) Knowledge in the field of Lean management Willingness to undergo personal training Work in a 2x8 team model What do we offer you?
