Requirement profile:

• Completed technical training, further training in the field of PPS, scheduling
• Professional experience in production planning
• Experience in managing PPS projects in industrial manufacturing
• Knowledge of production processes, material availability and scheduling
• Professional experience PPS/AVOR in an industrial environment
• Confident handling of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Networked, cross-departmental economic thinking and acting

Tasks:

• Scheduling customer orders along the supply chain and setting priorities
• Carrying out resource checks, demand and capacity balancing
• Triggering production orders and handing them over to production
• Monitoring production progress, order status and delivery dates
• Early detection of deviations, coordination of measures with involved departments and documentation
• Proactive informing of the supply chain about potential schedule deviations
• Coordination of completed orders with logistics and Festo central warehouse for preparation and delivery
• Creating and maintaining work plans and scheduling material master data
• Responsible for new development projects in the area of PPS
• Leading cross-departmental improvement projects in the area of PPS
