To strengthen our forwarding team, we are looking for a committed and strong-willed personality as Team Leader Forwarding, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the employees
• Deployment and resource planning including personnel, absences, operating resources, and capacities
• Organization and implementation of shop floor meetings as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information
• Disposition of goods as well as coordination of forwarding, driving orders, special transports, and vehicle reservations
• Collaboration and support in the areas of forwarding and returns
• Ensuring quality, productivity, occupational safety, and compliance with legal as well as internal specifications
• Support in projects, operational trials, and process optimizations as well as coordination of maintenance and upkeep work

What you bring

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the field of logistics or transport
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Valid forklift license and confident practice in handling industrial trucks
• Good organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
• Resilient and reliable way of working, even in hectic situations
• Confident handling of the Microsoft Office suite
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
