Building Drafter 50-80% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Elaborate detailed technical plans using CAD software, notably AutoCAD
• Produce execution plans according to the standards in force in the field
• Prepare inquiry dossiers and ensure their regulatory compliance
• Perform precise surveys of existing buildings for the purpose of their modeling
• Update and adapt plans according to project developments
• Ensure the management and monitoring of technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with architects and the various project stakeholders (without site supervision)

Profile

• CFC as a building drafter
• Confirmed experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position
• Excellent mastery of AutoCAD and good knowledge of industry standards
• Solid skills in the elaboration of plans and execution plans
• Rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage several projects in parallel
