The Criminal Department (KA) ensures the basic and special criminal police services of the Stadtpolizei Zürich. The Mobile Pursuit Units (MFE) at the Mühleweg location are ready for deployment around the clock thanks to a flexible working time model and additional pursuit on-call service. You will undertake pursuit and surveillance measures in all crime areas, both in the police preliminary investigation and in the criminal procedure investigation. Tasks ## • Independent open and undercover pursuit in all crime categories as well as targeted pursuit operations within the framework of events and special situations as a primary task • Participation in commanded operations of the Commissariat as well as in intelligence operations (sports events, demonstrations, large-scale events) • Independent investigative actions in all crime areas, especially narcotics crime as a secondary task • Recruitment and management of confidential sources • Close cooperation with the investigation groups of the KA as well as the other pursuit units (tertiary task) Profile ## • Completed police training • Independent and proactive personality with strong teamwork skills and high resilience and flexibility • Service-oriented and cross-disciplinary thinking • Readiness to work irregular hours and overtime (situation- and case-related deployment times) • Several years of police experience, completed stage and successfully completed KA examination We offer ## We offer you... • a demanding, challenging and versatile activity within a motivated and supportive team • careful and comprehensive introduction to the field of activity.
