You process telephone as well as written inquiries from our customers reliably and in a service-oriented manner. You record and process transport orders and advise our customers with friendliness and a strong service mindset. You process complaints and support the assurance of our service quality. In close cooperation with dispatch, you support the optimization of administrative processes. You take over invoicing, credit note processing, as well as the control of incoming invoices. You carefully maintain master data, customer information, and transport orders. Furthermore, you create evaluations and support monthly closings. What you bring with you: Completed commercial training, ideally in the transport or logistics industry. Experience in customer service or in an administrative function. Your enjoyment of direct customer contact and your strong service awareness distinguish you. Your organizational talent as well as your independent and efficient way of working also make you a valuable support for our team. You bring sound IT knowledge and are confident in handling common software applications. Furthermore, you possess very good German skills and ideally English as well as ösisch skills.
