What awaits you?

• Support of the sales management in strategic, operational, and organizational matters
• Creation, analysis, and interpretation of key figures, reports, forecasts, and management information
• Preparation of decision-making bases, reports, and the coordination of sales-relevant topics
• Support in the planning, implementation, and success measurement of sales and marketing campaigns as well as the execution of target group and potential analyses
• Collaboration in the conception and execution of training sessions as well as ensuring audience-appropriate sales communication
• Execution of key controls as well as support with compliance, risk, and quality assurance topics in the sales environment
• Administrative and organizational support of the sales unit as well as ensuring efficient cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

What do you bring with you?

• You have a banking vocational qualification
• Several years of professional experience in an analytical, organizational, or sales-related function, preferably in the financial services environment
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as enjoyment in the analysis and preparation of data
• Very good Excel skills
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Networked thinking as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High level of initiative, flexibility, and quality awareness
