Job description As part of the development of our partner's services, we are looking for two nurses to join a recognized structure and intervene with a patient base at home, in contexts of mental health care and somatic care. 1. Nurse in psychiatry - CDD 60 to 80 % - Start date: immediately - Duration: until 31 January 2027 - Main location: La Chaux-de-Fonds, with travel within the canton 2. Nurse in mental health and somatic care - CDI 70 to 80 % - Start date: immediately - Intervention locations: Marin, Peseux and Cernier As part of your missions, you ensure individualized support for clients at home, taking into account their clinical situation, their environment and their specific needs. You perform complete nursing assessments, identify care priorities and adapt your interventions according to the evolution of the health status of the persons being followed. You perform nursing care in mental health, including clinical observation, assessment of the psychic state, management of crisis situations, therapeutic follow-up and support for treatment adherence. Depending on the position, you also provide somatic care such as monitoring vital parameters, administration of treatments, dressings, injections and any other management falling within your scope of competence. Profile sought For this position, we are looking for a professional holding a Bachelor HES in nursing or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. You have a minimum of one year of experience at 100 % in psychiatry in Switzerland, acquired in a demanding environment that has allowed you to develop solid clinical reflexes and a good understanding of mental health issues in adults and in psychogeriatrics. Confirmed experience in somatic care constitutes an essential asset and allows you to intervene with ease in varied and sometimes complex situations. You possess excellent knowledge in adult psychiatry, a good capacity for clinical analysis and real mastery of the assessment of the psychic state.
