"The Child at the Center" Die Schule Opfikon is a dynamic, progressive school. It comprises six school units with a total of around 2500 pupils, from kindergarten to the 9th grade. With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed specialist for our school social work at the Primarschule Mettlen and the Oberstufe Halden. Key areas of activity • Counseling and support of children, adolescents, parents and legal guardians on social and personal topics. • Counseling and support of teachers in socio-pedagogical questions and in challenging group and class situations • Participation in conflict and crisis interventions • Co-management and coordination of prevention offers e.g. sexual education, stop rule, bullying and media consumption • Participation in projects and events for school development and school building culture • Low-threshold relationship work • Networked and interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external support systems for child and youth welfare.
