Social Worker

Your area of responsibility You will work in this interesting and demanding role as a social worker in a motivated team. In close cooperation with the other social workers, the clerks, and the department management, you will review social assistance applications, arrange support benefits, and mediate material aid. During the counseling and support process, you will provide solution- and goal-oriented advice and care to clients within the framework of voluntary and statutory social work. In child and adult protection, investigations and assignment-related mandate management for children, adolescents, and adults are part of your area of responsibility. We expect A completed education as a social worker FH/HFS or HSA and ideally experience in voluntary and statutory social work. You see yourself as a service provider and are used to working independently and with commitment. You enjoy working with people, can grasp complex situations, and seek creative solutions together with your clientele within the framework of existing possibilities. Independence as well as cooperation with other specialists and exchange within the team characterize your working style. You are resilient, responsible, humorous, and have good manners. Your good IT user skills (MS-Office and case management program KLIB) will facilitate your workflow.
