Quality Controller swiss-turning sector

Medium-sized SME recognized for its expertise and the quality of its products, is looking for an experienced Quality Controller to strengthen its quality department.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspection of swiss-turned parts, according to plans and customer requirements.
• Use standard measuring instruments (micrometer, profile projector, plug gauge, caliper, etc.).
• Perform inspections under a magnifying glass and binocular for small-dimension parts or those with high aesthetic requirements.
• Fill in inspection reports and ensure the traceability of measurements.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the quality process in collaboration with production.
• Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

Profile

• Technical training (mechanics, micromachining, industrial quality).
• Proven experience in the swiss-turning or microtechnology sector.
• Excellent knowledge of quality control techniques and mastery of precision measuring instruments.
• Comfortable with the use of magnifying glasses, binocular microscopes, and metrology tools.
• Rigorous, meticulous, and autonomous person, with a keen sense of detail.
• Good team spirit and clear communication with other departments.
