Here you will commit yourself

• to the independent processing of diverse administrative tasks such as mail and email management, benefit controls, insurance inquiries, controlling, as well as electronic sending of discharge reports
• in the processing and control of discharge documents
• as a competent contact person for family doctors, external hospitals, as well as patients regarding administrative concerns
• as support and deputy for the responsible secretary in the coordination of organizational and administrative tasks of the medical management of the emergency center
• in ensuring a smooth administrative process in daily business

• have completed commercial training with further training as a medical and/or hospital secretary
• have experience in a comparable function (advantageous)
• have an efficient and structured way of working, also with high workload, with networked thinking
• possess very good PC skills, KISIM knowledge
• are team players, have initiative, and are flexible
• have an open attitude towards technical and organizational changes
