(Exklusiv) Head of Purchasing Parquet and Accessories

On behalf of our client, a successful and established company in the wood and parquet industry with its headquarters in the Zürich Ost area (central location, parking spaces in front of the house), we are looking for an experienced head of purchasing parquet and accessories to start immediately or by agreement. (Exklusiv) Head of Purchasing Parquet and Accessories # In this responsible function, you will take over the overall responsibility for the purchasing and disposition of parquet, accessories, and raw materials. You will maintain existing national and international supplier relationships, further develop the procurement market, and negotiate prices and conditions with the goal of sustainably ensuring the company's competitiveness. Your main tasks include creating and monitoring delivery and framework contracts, conducting supplier audits, and ensuring FSC-/PEFC specifications. You will be responsible for the entire operational purchasing process from inquiry to order to invoice verification, monitor inventory levels, and organize inventories. Additionally, you will process complaints, maintain the article database, and support management in all procurement topics. Thanks to your experience, you will make an important contribution to optimizing processes and further developing the supplier network. To successfully master this challenging task, you have a commercial or technical basic education and can draw on several years of experience in purchasing. You bring in-depth knowledge of the wood or parquet industry and have a good understanding of procurement processes and supply chains. Furthermore, you are characterized by a structured and precise way of working, a pronounced organizational talent, and a high affinity for numbers.
