Tasks

Technical and personnel leadership of a nursing team

Ensuring high-quality care and support

Planning and organization of daily nursing routines

Responsibility for nursing processes and nursing documentation

Coordination of cooperation with doctors and other specialists

Promotion of a positive team climate and open communication

Participation in the further development of quality standards and processes

Support of the operational daily business

Profile

Training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH

Initial leadership experience is an advantage

High social and technical competence

Organizational skills as well as a structured way of working

Resilient, solution-oriented, and responsible personality
