Under the responsibility of the Domain Manager Retail Solutions, your main mission will be to play a key role in the identification, analysis, and transformation of business needs into high value-added technological solutions.

As an IT Business Analyst, you are the preferred partner for business teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and translate business needs into value-creating digital solutions. You support the transformation of processes and journeys supporting the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program and contribute to the evolution of our platforms in order to offer a fluid, secure, and consistent experience to customers and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of certified watches.

  • Contribute to the prioritization of the portfolio of initiatives based on their business value, their impact, and their feasibility
  • Facilitate scoping workshops, collect and formalize business requirements in the form of user stories, processes, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate closely with the development, architecture, integration, and quality teams to ensure solutions are adapted to needs and comply with company standards
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of the CPO roadmap in connection with the strategic objectives of Audemars Piguet
  • Participate in the design, testing, acceptance, deployment, and change management phases to ensure the adoption of solutions
  • Ensure the monitoring of initiatives, identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Analyze the performance of solutions and user feedback in order to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Foster collaboration between business teams, end users, external partners, and IT teams in an international environment
  • Contribute to the innovation and evolution of the CPO program by identifying new opportunities for process optimization, user journeys, and digital solutions

Qualifications
