We are looking for an open, flexible, and service-oriented personality with team spirit to start immediately or by arrangement. Together with eight other supporters, you will support our around 350 employees and partners with IT questions and problems.

What you will move ###

• Conducting internal IT training for employees
• Maintenance, updating, and target-group-oriented preparation of IT content in the intranet
• Preparation and provision of IT-relevant content for Digital Signage
• Receipt, analysis, and processing of requests from internal customers in all IT matters
• Co-responsibility for a smoothly functioning 1st and 2nd level support
• Incident and problem management: Recording, processing, tracking, and closing technical malfunctions
• Participation in IT projects if interested

How you convince us ###

• Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ or a comparable education or further training in the IT field
• Several years of experience in IT support, ideally in 1st and 2nd level support as well as in dealing with modern workplace, office, and document management solutions
• Experience in application support, especially with Microsoft 365, Office applications, and DMS systems; experience in a law firm or a comparable professional service environment is an advantage
• Joy in supporting internal customers competently, patiently, and in a solution-oriented manner
• Interest in conveying IT knowledge understandably, for example through training, instructions, or internal communication posts
• Confident German in speech and writing as well as good English skills
• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working with a high sense of quality and responsibility
