We stand for personal, warm, and professional care. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ.

Your tasks:

• Independent implementation of nursing and care measures in the home environment
• Support of our clients with daily personal hygiene and mobilization
• Implementation of medical-technical procedures within the scope of your competencies
• Observation and documentation of the health status
• Support with medication administration according to medical prescription and internal specifications
• Cooperation with registered nurses, doctors, and relatives
• Promotion of the independence and quality of life of our clients
• Careful electronic nursing documentation

Your profile:

• Completed training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Joy in working with elderly and people in need of care
• Ideally professional experience in Spitex (not mandatory)
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Friendly appearance and strong social competence
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
