Tasks

Instrumenting and assisting during operative procedures in various medical disciplines

Preparation, checking, and aftercare of instruments & devices

Ensuring a smooth OR workflow in close cooperation with the OR team

Monitoring hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Participating in process optimizations and interdisciplinary projects

Profile

Completed training as a Surgical Technologist or equivalent qualification

Experience in one or more operative specialties is an advantage

Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Team player with high resilience, sense of responsibility, and tact

Motivation for constant further development and enjoyment of modern OR management
