Operation Manager Cleaning Maintenance (f/h/d) Workplace:Le Lignon Activity rate:80-100%, Home Office possible Start date of activity:01.12.2026 or to be agreed Department:Cleaning Your tasks \- Global management of the Geneva branch: development, operational management, responsibility for results (sales, profits, budget and costs). \- Customer relationship and development: close monitoring of customers, management of complaints, prospecting and expansion of contracts. \- Team management and development: leadership, coaching of managers, training and support of employees. \- Optimization and control of operations: process improvement, quality control, performance monitoring and resource management (equipment, costs). \- Market monitoring and strategy: analysis of competition and trends, implementation of adaptation measures. \- Regional support and governance: deputy director role, reporting, project participation, supervision and compliance with operational standards. Your profile \- Completed commercial or technical training with specialization in Facility Services or similar field \- Confirmed experience in operational management with responsibility for results (budget, costs, performance) \- Proven leadership and ability to develop, coach and support teams \- Strong customer focus with skills in relationship management and business development \- Excellent mastery of operations: organization, process optimization and quality control \- Very good communication and negotiation skills, with mastery of French (German an asset) This is what we stand for and what we commit to - today and in the future.
