Our client, a world-leading manufacturer of special vehicles headquartered in Switzerland, is looking for an experienced designer to strengthen its development team. The client offers a responsible position with independent project execution, comprehensive induction, and long-term development perspectives in a collegial working environment.

Your tasks

• Design and development: Creation of 3D concepts for vehicle components
• Project responsibility: Independent execution and supervision of sub-projects
• Technical design: Calculation and design of components using FEM
• Prototype supervision: Support from prototype construction to series handover

Your profile

• Education: Basic training as a designer as well as an engineering degree in mechanical engineering or vehicle technology
• Specialist knowledge: Several years of experience in vehicle or mechanical engineering design with a focus on hydraulics
• Software competence: Confident handling of 3D CAD systems and FEM calculation tools
• Language skills: Good German and English skills, other languages an advantage
