Production Operator - Beverages

Within our Pressoir, we produce a wide range of juices, nectars and beverages on versatile and modern production facilities.

In order to temporarily reinforce our team during the absence of one of our employees, we are looking for an experienced and quickly operational person to participate in the manufacturing of our beverages and the operation of our production facilities:

Production Operator - Beverages (CDD -100%)

YOUR TASKS

• Participate in the different stages of fruit juice and beverage manufacturing: pressing, filtration, infusion and preparation of recipes
• Help with the preparation of productions in accordance with defined recipes and instructions
• Perform and document quality controls
• Carry out cleaning and contribute to the maintenance of the production facilities
• Participate in the maintenance of technical installations
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Confirmed training or experience in a production environment: cellar master, food technologist, brewer, food industry operator or similar technical profile
• Good ease with machines and production facilities; ability to understand their operation and to intervene in case of common malfunctions
• Experience in beverage manufacturing, agri-food, cellar or a similar industrial environment
• Ability to quickly become autonomous on new installations
• Comfortable with following recipes, production parameters and quality controls
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a team

Start date: immediately or to be agreed
Duration: fixed-term contract of several months
